Hill Mediation Services

Ms. Hill is available to provide purely facilitative, facilitative/evaluative, or evaluative mediations.

Mediations may be in person or conducted remotely at the litigants’ request.

RATES:

1/2 day mediations:  $2,000.00 (includes 2 hours pre-mediation preparation)

Full Day Mediations: $3,800.00 (includes 2 hours pre-mediation preparation)

$550 per hour for time in excess of scheduled mediation.

Travel: No Charge for less than 1 hour,

$250 per hour for travel more than one hour from Fresno, plus costs for hotel/meals if overnight stay required.

It is anticipated that the parties will split the fees equally unless other arrangements are specified.

Fees are required to be paid 14 days in advance of the session, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

The fees are fully refundable if the mediation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.

The fees are 50% refundable if the mediation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.

No refund is available if the mediation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance (unless the mediator is able to schedule another mediation for the same time period.
